A weird story
Timmy’s Tan Army Men action figures had ran amok, captured his Green Army Men, and attempted to take control of his little slice of suburbia. It was to a human to defeat the enemy, save his toys and family, and restore order to his home. He battled Army Men by utilizing toys around the house and vehicles like jeeps, tanks, and planes, in 5 unique missions in each environment.

This story, however, takes a completely different reality, a different time, or something that is almost impossible to define. A real human boy called “Timmy” had a toy general called Teddy (in fact, he is a Teddy Bear). The boy apparently fights Tan soldiers he owns, and is mysteriously downsized the size of a plastic soldier (2 inch, 1/72 scale). Apparently, Timmy’s toy Army Men have a mind of their own. So, his house was the stage of a war.
Timmy used a simple toy gun, firing some kind of darts and water, and getting in and out of vehicles. The Tan soldiers (probably because they lost all their leaders and army) just barely react by firing another simple dart toy gun and never move. So more than likely these soldiers were Plastrified.
Timmy has technology in his side, as neither his gun nor any other gun make any sound; they are completely silent guns. So what we think was a real conflict, always meant to please Timmy’s imagination. So more than sure they were not real.

This game is the least popular of the Army Men games and it’s storyline is considered by some fans to be non-canon.
Army Men: Soldiers of Misfortune is a third-person shooter video game developed by Big Blue Bubble and published by Zoo Games for Wii, Nintendo DS and PlayStation 2, becoming a Nintendo exclusive in Europe. It is the latest home console game in the Army Men series and the only one to be released on seventh-generation platforms. It is a major departure from prior games in the series in that players assume the role of Private Timmy Reynolds who plays with toy soldiers instead of the toy soldiers themselves, shrinking down to their size to participate in a war among them. The game includes 15 levels and a variety of weapons provided by the player.
