Rarely found on the front lines, they run messages and gather information for the highest bidder. They seem to be based on the French of the Real World. They are usually allied with the Tan Army, deploying Blue Spies to gather information and sabotage the Greens. However, in Army Men: Sarge’s Heroes 2 events, Plastro betrays them, and the Blue Nation helps the Greens.
