King Plurtz 1, a mad man
After Plastro was in jail, Plurtz resurface later as a member of the Tan Army. But although it has not yet been confirmed, he could be a rebellious Tan commander with his own followers who did not act on behalf of the Tan, or at least they did not recognize him as such.
Upon taking power in 2002, Plurtz struck a decisive blow against the Grey Army stationed just a few houses away from Colonel Blintz’s unit, killing the Grey clone of Sergeant Hawk and the war veteran Grau. From this location, Plurtz launched a siege that ultimately defeated Blintz and his Green unit. Using the resulting Grey and Green plastic, along with Tan paint from the basement, Plurtz molded a complete Tan division. It was learned about the Greys and how Plurtz achieved his goal after the RTS campaign, in which the Greens emerged victorious, by investigating Blintz’s Castle, made from the remains of the Greys. Upon investigating the interior, it was found that the walls were built using the heads of all the fallen Greys. In fact, the heads of Grey Hawk and Grau were on Plurtz’s throne.
In Army Men: RTS, he intended dominating the Real World using surgical Green’s tactics against the Green Army, and apparently also had access to Green intelligence on the Grays. Therefore, it’s fair to assume that Plurtz and his men murdered Colonel Blintz and his men, but first somehow acquired his knowledge of the Green Army and the Grey Army (possibly by torturing him into confession).
Plurtz Fortress it’s defeated. He tries to escape, but Sergeant Hawk chases him, catches him and beat him several times to “try to peel that Tan paint off”. Plurtz ends up imprisoned by the Green Army.

The first time we hear Plurtz is in the eighth mission of the RTS campaign, broadcasting live on a CRT TV.
“We are hollow men… Playthings of (the?) giant fingers (or figures?) They pose us (or despise us?), build us (or abuse us?) like… (the scariest all that match all???) Do you understand Sergeant Hawk?”
“I like you sergeant, i like you because you are alive. But you got in my way, so i left to eliminate that most redeeming quality.”
“You’ve taken something from me sarge. I’m afraid i can’t let that happen.”
