Major Malfunction is the main villain of his own historic events, called Army Men: Major Malfunction. He had taken over the house with his toy army, and Private Anderson fought his way through enemy soldiers to defeat him.

With an army of no less than 23 different enemy toys, Malfunction’s reign lasted quite a while. But Anderson exceeded all expectations and defeated him, with some help. But that wasn’t the end of Major Malfunction…
