Colonel Kortshorts

Colonel Kortshorts was the commander of Private Anderson during Army Men: Major Malfunction. In the past he was one of Colonel Grimm’s last officers, his Assistant secretary during Army Men: RTS. Then, for the time of Major Malfunction he was the Green deputy general secretary in all operations related to the Real World.
