The original plastic men that marks a Z to its enemies
In the Toyverse, Zorro is a legendary figure known for his bravery and cunning. He lives in the Western World, a vast and rugged landscape filled with toy cowboys, outlaws, and wild adventures. Zorro’s mission is to protect the innocent toys from the clutches of evil.
Among the fading legends of the Western World, there is one name that refuses to remain in the past…
The Zorro is considered the last true vigilante born of the Western World, emerging during that turbulent era, when frontier towns were already losing relevance and the old codes of honor were being eroded by corruption, greed, and abandonment. Unlike earlier Zorro masked figures of that world, he did not arise at the dawn of the Western age, but at its dusk… when the myth had already begun to crumble.
Early accounts describe him as a lone defender, operating outside formal authority, striking swiftly and vanishing just as quickly. His actions were precise, symbolic, and restrained, aimed not at conquest, but at restoring balance. To the people of the Western World, he was never a soldier, never a commander, and never a ruler. He was a reminder.
As the Western World best era declined and its influence waned within the Toyverse, the Zorro disappeared. Many believed he had been killed, others claimed he had simply left the cape to become a story. Only much later would fragments of information surface suggesting the truth: he had left his world voluntarily.
Records recovered from interworld traffic logs indicate that a masked black figure appeared the Future World, where he underwent extensive enhancement. Unlike most toys altered there, these modifications did not erase his identity. Instead, they refined it, upgrading it.
The Zorro returned transformed
His Future World combat armor replaced cloth and leather with articulated plates and adaptive materials, designed for agility rather than brute force. A reinforced visor concealed his features entirely, its optics granting heightened perception and tactical awareness. The flowing silhouette of his former attire was preserved through a segmented cloak system, serving both defensive and symbolic purposes. Though his equipment was unmistakably advanced, it retained a rare elegance that set him apart from standard Future World operatives.
Zorro did not remain in the Future World…
He returned to the Western World… not to rule, not to lead, but to stand watch over its final chapter. From there, he even began operating across multiple worlds, intervening only when imbalance threatens to spread beyond containment. Alliance observers classify him as a federal independent operative, though he answers to no council, nation, or command structure.
His presence has been reported in distant regions, forgotten territories, and even worlds considered transitional or unstable. Yet, whenever sightings are confirmed, his trail inevitably leads back to the Western World.
As for his identity, little is known. A name appears sporadically in damaged civil registries and Future World archival fragments: Alejandro Antonio Williams. Whether this was his original designation, an assigned registry name, or a later reconstruction remains unknown. Most toys dismiss it as speculation. Others believe it was deliberately buried to ensure that the symbol would survive the individual.
What is universally accepted is this: The Zorro is no longer merely a vigilante of the Western World. He is its last evolution.
A living echo of an older age, carrying its code into futures it was never meant to reach, and returning, always, to the dust and silence where the legend began.
