Maynard Airfield or Maynard Field is the Green Army’s oldest and best-known air base

The location has starred in several historical events, from the Great Grey War to Army Men 2, Air Tactics, Air Attack 2 and Real World War.

The base is still in active service today and was home of the Green Airborne Cavalry, the Alpha Wolf Battalion, and several fighter divisions, primarily Spitfires. It was even temporarily occupied by the Tan Army.

Named in honor of the Ace Pilot David Jordan Maynard
