Lord Archon

An adventurous Crusader, in a journey through the Medieval World

In a world shattered by ancient wars, a young fighter survives an assault by entities twisted by a dark force that wiped out his military order. Just an ordinary day in the Medieval World…

Before being Lord Archon

Presumed dead and scarred by fire, he roams forsaken lands for years, until finding shelter among a resistance fighting against the rule of a mystical regime.

Trained (again, for several more years) in sacred combat yet rejected by those he once served, the warrior rises against the traitor who brought about his fall. Along his journey, he discovers that the forces that govern the Medieval World are distorted by a corrupting energy, and that the key to his redemption lies in challenging that which made him an outcast.

He carves a path through living ruins, enchanted strongholds, and domains suspended between the real and the spectral, coming to understand that his existence isn’t bound to forgiveness, but to a truth that must be restored.

In the end, he faces the one who ruined him in the remnants of a city broken by magic. There, with no divine promises or forgotten vows, the warrior chooses not to save the world, but to liberate it… even if it means destroying everything that once held him.

Becoming Archon

At the end of his journey (a turning point in the transformation toward what would become Lord Archon) the warrior confronts the one responsible for his downfall, in a city ravaged by corrupted sorcery. In victory, he does more than break the cycle of betrayal and control: he discards the identity of a mere soldier and his old name.

There, the title “Lord Archon” is not granted by any empire or noble bloodline, but emerges as a reflection of what he now embodies: dominion over the incorruptible, a convergence of unshaken will and chaos brought to balance. He becomes a guardian of boundaries unseen, watching over the threshold between realms.

What follows is undefined in the annals of the Medieval World. No official continuation exists in canonical texts, but myth and whisper offer possibilities: Some revere his rise as myth; others see it as a warning. His combat methods are studied, but none can truly replicate them…
