This faction was an offshoot of all the main nations of that time

They appear exclusively in Army Men II campaign. They fulfill as secondary antagonists of this events (from the AWOL Green Colonel missions).

It is possible that Major Mylar, the main antagonist leader of that conflict, shares beliefs with the Green Colonel, but this theory died with Major Mylar’s death. It is likely that Mylar directly influenced the Green Colonel with his own beliefs. But none of this is known for sure.
