General Teddy

General Teddy is a small teddy bear who plays a significant role in Army Men: Soldiers of Misfortune

He is distinguished by his military attire, which includes an M1 helmet with a gold star insignia, a camouflage uniform, a strap, and a golden medal. His design is inspired by the iconic human General George S. Patton & Theodore Roosevelt Junior.

General Teddy serves as the commanding officer and mentor to Private Timmy Reynolds. Throughout the campaign, he guides Timmy by assigning various missions, such as:

  • Rescuing prisoners of war (POWs).
  • Destroying train tracks.
  • Clearing paths for supply trucks.
  • Defending vehicles from enemy attacks.
  • Rescuing Undercover Spies behind enemy lines.

General Teddy is the strategic mind behind Timmy’s adventures, provided instructions and support as Timmy navigated the challenges of the toy battlefield. At the end of the Soldiers of Misfortune, 4th of July of 2008, General Teddy honors Timmy’s bravery and accomplishments by awarding him a Medal of Honor, a Medal of Valor, The Purple Heart and a whole bunch of other shiny things that pin to his jacket.
