Count Dracula is an undead, centuries-old Vampire
The Count is a Transylvanian nobleman who claims to be a descendant of Attila the Hun.
Count Dracula is described as a cruel and evil being, with great powers and abilities. His archenemy, Van Helsing, describes this mythical being as having great strength, comparable to that of twenty Action Figures, as well as a deep and supertoy intelligence and wisdom, sharpened over several centuries. He is also possessed of great bravery, which earned him the title of Count during the wars in the lands of Transylvania and thus being recognized as “the bravest of the sons of the land beyond the forests”.
Unlike the vampires of the Toyverse folklore, who are portrayed as repulsive, cadaverous creatures, Dracula is handsome and charismatic, with a veneer of aristocratic charm. He is deeply proud of his heritage and nostalgic for the past, which he admits in modern times has become only a reminder of heroism, honor and valor.
He dwells in a decaying castle in the Medieval World, specifically in Transylvania.

Currently Dracula is traveling other worlds, turning all kinds of toys into his minions. Although his efforts advance slowly as Van Helsing is constantly on his heels, hunting him and his henchmen.
The Count has a Portal in his Castle. He is possibly the oldest toy in the Medieval World, and it is not really known how long he uses it. But given his centuries-old wisdom, he may have been using it for a long time.
