Molded by the Tan Army using the molds of Sarge’s heroes that Lord Malice robbed to the Green Army. In the beginning she was a private who rivaled in skills with her batch counterpart: the Tan Hawk, thanks to her better articulated joints.
She obviously is a copy of the late Vikki Grimm, made by the Tan. So no father at all!
