He commanded the Tans at one point in Strike and had strong clashes with McDevil, calling him a “rat”, one of the reasons why the latter later went over to the Greens. He gave some “soul fragments” to strengthen Victoria at the moment of surrender. From there on, he worked for the Greens and search for revenge on McDevil.
