This is a direct order: Defear Major Malfunction at all costs!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The main character is a soldier named Private Anderson<\/a> who is assigned to fight against an enemy named Major Malfunction<\/a> and his army of toys after Sarge<\/a> and Sgt. Hawk<\/a> disappeared, to later find out that they were killed by him<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A common Private named Anderson<\/a> is the protagonist of this events. He is sent out to the Real World<\/a> to perform missions for the Green army<\/a>, and then later, find out what happened to Sarge<\/a> and Sgt. Hawk<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Army Men episode XXII: Major Malfunction<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Toy Wars conflict has been ongoing for years. Civilization cowers under the shadow of Major Malfunction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At a secret base away from the Major’s glare, a small unit of resistance fighters plan to save the day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Colonel Koftshorts sends Sarge and his crew to find the Scientist who created the plans for a destructive weapon\u2026 the DEATH MAKER.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the mission, not all went well; Months pass with no word from Sarge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now the fate of the Toykind lays with a Private named Anderson\u2026<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Pvt. Anderson<\/a> was a private in the Green army<\/a>. He fought likely after the Tan<\/a> threat was diminished because he is only in Army Men: Major Malfunction events<\/a> where the only nation is the Green nation<\/a>. His first mission was to destroy an enemy toy communications base. He had to do a recon mission then parachute down to the base, where he would clear enemies outside the base then go inside and crack the code to make the communication dish give the Green nation<\/a> vital information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After completing this he went to the kitchen to find out what happened to Sarge<\/a> who was supposed to have captured a professor called Foreyes<\/a>. When he got to the top of the table he was forced to retreat back to the bottom. When he got to the bottom the helicopter<\/a> driven by Pvt. Driver<\/a> was under attack, so Anderson<\/a> mounted it’s turret but ultimately the helicopter was shot down and they were captured by the enemy troops. Anderson<\/a> woke up in an enemy prison, he escaped and freed Private Driver<\/a> and Private Wires<\/a>. Then he grabbed his equipment and found an escape route. After getting out of the prison Pvt. Driver<\/a> came and picked him up in a jeep<\/a>. Anderson<\/a> was very shaken when he found out that Pvt. Wires<\/a> was dead. After getting back to base he was sent back to the kitchen again. After getting to the bench, he went to the microwave and found out that Sarge<\/a> was dead, much to Anderson’s<\/a> dismay. He found a page from Sarge’s<\/a> diary saying that Professor Foreyes<\/a> was in the fridge. When Anderson<\/a> got to the fridge he witnessed a creature kidnap Foreyes<\/a> and take him out of the kitchen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Later Anderson<\/a> was taken to the bathroom to destroy the enemy’s weapons base. First he took out the scouts and then he saved some Watership Dame Dolls<\/a>. After that he blew up all of the enemy weapon silos and the oil refinery of which ejected him from the toilet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Next he went to the living room where Professor Foreyes<\/a> was located. He had to destroyed the enemy barracks and the controls for a force-field. After he blew up a humongous mecha. Then he blew up the mine field he then used a tank<\/a> to blow up the generators for another force-field. After destroying the thing that kidnapped Professor Foreyes<\/a>, Anderson<\/a> moved into Castle Cardboardstein<\/a> where he found and rescued him. After the escape, they got back to the base where Anderson<\/a> was briefed on his next mission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When he got to the bedroom he lighted some beacons for equipment after he blew up some enemies. After getting the equipment he headed to the bed to check on the generator for the beacons. When he got to the bed he mounted a gunners nest and blew up 2 Mechasaws<\/a>. Later he found the computer and blew it up so that Major Malfunction<\/a> couldn’t warp his troops all over the house. When he got to the evacuation point he became under attack by enemies so he mounted the helicopters<\/a> turret and defended himself. He was shot and took a bump in the head and blacked out. He was rescued by Pvt. Driver<\/a> and was returned to base. He couldn’t remember much because of the knock to his head. He was still in action and was dropped of to the backyard to finally destroy Major Malfunction<\/a>. He destroyed the enemies then went into the grass. He made his way to a molehill where Driver’s<\/a> helicopter<\/a> crashed. Sadly Pvt. Driver<\/a> died in the crash. He moved on and got to the shed. He pushed through Major Malfunction’s troops<\/a> and had finally found Malfunction<\/a>, being face to face with him for the first time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

After a showdown, Malfunction<\/a> was defeated, but the shed was falling apart. Anderson<\/a> got into a starfighter<\/a> and flew out just before the shed was destroyed. When he got back to base he received a medal and there was a celebration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Real behind the game facts<\/summary>\n

Army Men: Major Malfunction<\/a>, was the second Army Men game<\/a> developed by Team17 and published by Global Star Software for Xbox<\/a> and PlayStation 2<\/a>, it was going to serve as an reboot of the series but its negative reception and sales caused those plans to be cancelled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Major Malfunction<\/a> (A nod to the movie Full Metal Jacket, where the drill instructor asks one of the characters “What is your Major Malfunction, numbnuts?”). The game received largely negative reviews, although graphically it is regarded as the “best looking” game in the series.

The game is also notable for having a significantly more comedic tone than prior game, with nearly all the villain characters being based on puns and\/or pop culture characters relevant at the time of the games release, such as Kill Bill, Transformers, HALO and G.I Joe rather than the traditional villain’s common to the Army Men series.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
