This is a twisted weird world, with lacking structural logic and fulfilled with scary things.
A world that seems to be decorated for Halloween. The first time a floodgate to this world was opened was in the events leading up to Army Men Major Malfunction.
Everything that comes to this place ends up being perverted in some way and becoming something evil or dark. It is in this place where was said that perhaps Dr. Madd got lost at some point, and became the monster that he was. If anybody stays in this place for a long time, ends up losing control and becomes one more monster of this world, losing himself (possibly) forever. Only the “Anti Evil Serum” allows to stay in this place much longer. That’s why Green Army thinks Dr. Madd was there long before, because he made this serum.
It is believed that the entrance to this world becomes especially susceptible to access during Halloween, from both sides of the entrances. The only portal to this world was reported to be in a foggy eerie forest of the Real World, which is said to be a mystical place that causes its visitors to get lost and never return.
The only guide available is a Golden parakeet, who will guide you only if you are lucky to communicate with.
There is not much information about this world, whether it is always the same one that changes, or whether there are different perverted worlds that some have reached. All this is pending confirmation.
