A copy from the original Riff (RIP) commissioned by the Tan army using the molds of Lord Malice. Unlike the Cloned Tan Riff from the past, this was a common soldier in the past and was upgraded in the same way as the original Riff.
This version loose one arm fighting Spencer. He rip off one armfrom Officer Spencer of the Green Army. But he took revenge by taking his own. Later he obtained a Red arm replacement during Red Alert. Anyway he uses only one arm for the bazooka.
