He is the first antagonist in the Army Men Strike campaign.
“Run, green bugs! But you can’t run forever!” – Colonel Destruction
Also called “Scar Face”, Destruction was the leader of the “Storm Legion” Tan Army division. His disdain for the Greens was legendary, calling them “green bugs” or “green vermin” and he even referred to his own troops as “his minions”.
Blocko-Man General Plastro is a background antagonist in the 2017 Strike campaign, and the role of main Tan antagonist of the Green is filled by Colonel Destruction. Blocko Plastro still appears in some occasions, but it seems to have a faction different from Destruction.

While Blocko Plastro is the one who ignites the conflict, is Colonel Destruction who takes the mantle of charging against the Greens in the first missions after the “Green Commander” is rescued by a helicopter.

Destruction fought Murphy and Sergeant Victoria when the Green Commander, arrived and helped him to gain experience in commanding again.
In combat, thanks to his enhancements, he is very skilled in martial arts and the use of melee weapons, his favorite being a chainsaw that, like so many other gadgets, he usually attaches to his spare hand, allowing him to swap weapons and tools.

Colonel Destruction’s backstory:
Colonel Destruction was once a promising officer in the Tan Army, known as Lieutenant Havoc. His rise through the ranks was marked by his ruthless tactics and unyielding ambition, even since the Tanic-Greeno wars of the early 2000s. He was a plastic soldier who was very concerned about his appearance (very similar to Braunen) and had a certain air of 90’s Anime. However, his life took a dramatic turn during the infamous Battle of the Sandbox.
In this pivotal battle, Lieutenant Havoc led a daring assault against the Green Army. Despite his strategic brilliance, the mission was sabotaged by a Blue Spy who was a double agent. The resulting explosion left Havoc gravely injured, with severe burns to his face and the loss of his right arm.
Refusing to be defeated, Havoc underwent extensive modifications. The Tan Army’s top scientists replaced his damaged arm with a powerful, high-tech prosthetic, capable of wielding various weapons and tools. To conceal his disfigured face and instill fear in his enemies, he adopted the moniker Colonel Destruction and donned a menacing mask.
Driven by a thirst for vengeance and a desire to prove his superiority, Colonel Destruction now commands the Tan Army’s elite forces. His tactical genius and relentless determination make him a formidable adversary. He is known for his brutal methods and unwavering loyalty to the Tan cause, often clashing with the Green Army’s heroes.
Despite his villainous nature, Colonel Destruction is respected and feared by his troops. His ultimate goal is to crush the Green Army and establish the Tan Army’s dominance over the Toyverse, no matter the cost.
