The buildings where the command centers are located.
There are two types of HQ: The commonly known HQ and the Construction HQ. The Construction HQ (also called RTS HQ) is the foundation of a construction base and allows the construction of other buildings.
A “Construction Base” It is a term given to an outpost at a distant position from the main force HQ. Those bases that are located as faster as possible in a strategic place and are built aggressively to generate troops, gather resources and take a key point in a certain territory.

Army Men HQs are usually fixed structures, but sometimes they are mobile structures, which can be moved to a location, deployed, and then retracted to move again. Some HQs are simply large Real World toys used as such, so many have wheels to move around and even propulsion to fly.
